• Design Bid Build
  • The recommended project devliery method to ensure fixed budget and full implementation of your ideas.

On the basis on your acceptance we progress with our work.

General Process

Quote Request:We request that you fill out as much information on the project. A summary will be email to you. We will then send you a system generated estimate (prebid). If the estimate is acceptable approximate figure, we will ask you to sign (or e-sign) and return. This will signal your committment to the project.

1. Info Request: Base on the selected services or needs, we will then send a info request form to get more information about the style, content and purpose of the project.
   
3. Contract: We will send over a contract that shows what we plan to do, milestone dates, payment terms options and final quote. Once this is acceptable we both sign this contract, make the required down payment (35-50%) and begin your work right away.
5. Project Management: We will set you up on our project management system (http://www.techdsolutions.com/projects) which will allow us to collaborate online or via email. We can add as much collaborators as you like. Payment is expected at each established payment milestone. This will be negotiated with you and defined in our terms.
7. Project Testing and handover: Once we have successfully debug and tested you system, you are completely satisfied and final payments are made, we will turn over the entire project to you which will include all account information, project closure summary and tutorials. 9. Support, Training and Maintenance: We provide 90 days of active support with a lifetime warranty on any bugs that result from work we did. Maintenance and other dedicated help can be contracted as needed.
